Terms of Service

Last updated: June 10, 2026

1. What Skore is

Skore (skore.pro) measures how AI assistants — ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude — talk about real estate agents. We run live queries against those engines, score the results, and show you what we found. By using Skore you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The free scan

The free scan is provided as-is, at no charge, for your own business use. You agree to submit only your own name and business information (or information you're authorized to submit). Don't script, automate, or bulk-submit scans — we rate limit and may block abuse.

3. Skore Pro purchases

Skore Pro is a one-time purchase ($49) billed through Stripe. One payment covers your Pro scan, dashboard access, and one follow-up rescan that unlocks 30 days after purchase — nothing renews automatically. Earlier customers on legacy subscription plans keep their existing terms: those plans renew until canceled, cancellation is self-serve from the billing portal in the dashboard, and access runs through the end of the paid period. For billing questions or refund requests, email remove@skore.pro.

4. Scores are measurements, not promises

Your Skore reflects what third-party AI engines said at the moment we asked. Those engines change constantly and we don't control them. A score is a snapshot, not a guarantee — of accuracy, of future results, of leads, or of business outcomes. Recommendations and playbooks are suggestions, not professional advice.

5. Report links

Reports live at unguessable URLs. Anyone you share a report link with can view that report — that's by design, so you can share your results. Don't share a link you want kept private.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Skore to harass or impersonate others, scrape or resell our data, probe or disrupt the service, or violate any law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Skore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use Skore after a change means you accept it.

9. Contact

Skore is operated from California, USA, and these terms are governed by California law. Questions: remove@skore.pro. See also our Privacy Policy.
